Most effective when mixed as directed. Mix one stick with 8 oz (237 ml) of water. Stir until fully dissolved. Drink up to 16 ounces every hour until no longer dehydrated. Adults: Drink up to 16 8 oz servings per day. Children: Drink up to 8 8 oz servings per day. Storage/Handling: Store in a cool, dry place.
