Directions
Take at First Bite: Take 3 caplets with your first bite of dairy food. Enjoy Dairy! Repeat: If you continue to eat foods containing dairy after 30-45 minutes, take another serving. Store at or below 77 degrees F. Keep away from heat and humidity.
